Job Description
Headcount: 2
Salary range: 18k (trainee), 20k (probi), 20-24k(regular)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing potential candidates from various channels online and ofine. Make necessary documents for recruitment. Build up relations with schools and partners
Designing and updating job descriptions.
Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen, Schedule, and Interview applicants.
Represent the company in job fairs and other recruiting events.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certifcate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any feld.
Communicates and works efectively in English (oral and written form) Well-organized and strict with implementing the rules Outgoing with a pleasing personality
Well-versed with Microsoft programs and Google Suites Willing to work onsite in Makati City
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
At least one (1) year of related experience is an advantage. Full-Time position available
