Job Description
Position: Accounting Staff
Location: Maybunga, Pasig City
Duties:
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
- Daily recording of transactions (e.g. Disbursements and Petty Cash)
- Update and maintain the general ledger.
- Prepare books for creating financial reports.
- Inventory management/reconciliation.
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
- Use knowledge of Taxation to comply with reporting requirements.
- Prepare other financial reports to Management as deemed necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of Accountancy or any Accounting-related courses
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience is a must
- Must have experience in AP and Petty Cash
- Must have experience in recording and bookkeeping
- Can work independently
- Very proficient on working around MS Excel
- Knowledgeable in some of the Accounting’s best practices
- Knowledge in BIR Reporting is a nice to have
- Great interpersonal skill is a nice to have
- WILLING TO WORK ASAP
