Job Description

Insurance Agents - FULL TIME or PART TIME

Position Overview:
As Life Planner, you will be responsible for selling various insurance products to individuals and businesses to meet their specific needs for financial protection. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, assess their insurance requirements, and provide them with suitable coverage options. Additionally, you will educate clients on different insurance policies and assist them in navigating through the complexities of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Prospecting:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, and referrals.
Present insurance products and services to clients in a compelling and informative manner.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients on selecting the most suitable insurance coverage.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related issues promptly and professionally.

Continuous Education and Training:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Compliance and Record-Keeping:
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards set forth by regulatory bodies and the company.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and overcome objections.
Sound knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk assessment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
