Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries related to Telco Postpaid services over the phone.
Provide outstanding support by resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Needed Qualifications:
At least six months of phone Call Center Experience (VOICE ONLY)
Telco or Financial account experience preferred.
The old curriculum requires at least a high school graduate. We prefer a university degree. The new curriculum requires a K12 graduate.
