Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in industrial rollers in different manufacturing industries. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Able to reach quota in the previous company.
• A proven track record of working with dedication and commitment to achieving excellence in all tasks and responsibilities. Has shown loyalty to the company.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to efficiently manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work.
• Strong customer sales skills coupled with technical expertise to understand and address the unique needs of clients in the printing and manufacturing sectors.
• Willingness to engage in regular fieldwork to build client relationships, assess needs, and provide on-site support and solutions.
• Availability to work on Saturdays as required to accommodate client schedules and operational needs.
• Ability to understand and cater to the specific requirements of printing and manufacturing companies
WORK LOCATION:
• Willingness to work in Cainta, Rizal, to ensure proximity to the office
COMPENSATION:
• Comfortable with a salary package supplemented with commission-based incentives, reflecting performance and contribution to the company's success.
