A Customer Service Representative in a financial account plays a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries related to banking, insurance, or other financial services. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate and explain complex financial information to customers.
Requirements
Acceptable for B1 proficiency if excellent communication skills
Non-voice role involving written tasks
Required scores: 55 BAA, 35 WPM typing speed
Customer Care Experience (CCE) is optional
