Job Description

The Jr. Marketing Executive (IME) assists in managing market awareness and interest in the company and franchised brands. He/Her objective is to build brand equity and awareness, and increase sales for products and services.

As a representative of the company, he/she will participate in an individual development program that includes attendance of workshops and training programs that will provide the knowledge and skills needed to become a successful representative.

Responsibilities

Develops marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Creates company literature and other forms of communication.
Implements, coordinates and monitors promotional and seasonal campaigns.
Designs, builds and maintains a strong social media presence.
Maintains website and routine updates.
Assists in developing a pool of customer prospects.

Conducts research on market potential and competitor analysis.
Conducts account research on key accounts
Participates in individual development activities.

Attends workshops, seminars, and training programs
Participates in coaching sessions and on-the-job exercises
Creates and manages an individual development plan in order to achieve individual development goals
Knowledge and Skills

Has strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Has strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team-selling environment.
