A Customer Service Representative in a healthcare account is responsible for assisting patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies with inquiries related to medical services, billing, and claims. They must exhibit a strong understanding of healthcare processes, insurance policies, and medical terminology to effectively address customer concerns. Additionally, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and delivering empathetic and accurate assistance are key components of the role.

Requirements
Medical Allied Courses (graduate not required)
6 months of healthcare experience (BPO/Non BPO) for non-medical related courses
Experience is optional
