Job Description
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with networking in a service provider environment.
Experience with Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet products,
A minimum NSE 1-4 Certification is an advantage
Experience in LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN implementations
Experience in supporting and maintaining MPLS and SDWAN networks
Excellent diagnostics and resolution skills.
Contribute to a high-powered and high-output team
Build rapport with people quickly and effectively
Capable of building long-term relationships with internal customers, staff, and suppliers.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Highly organized with attention to detail
Strong customer service ethic and focus
