Job Description
· Industry relevant manufacturing experience minimum of 5 years.
· Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
· Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
· Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
· Knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
· Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
· Physically and mentally fit preferably assertive, pro-active, open minded, with good communication skills and can work with less supervision.
· Knowledge of quality systems and standards Experience in an ISO certified company.
· Knowledgeable with Health, Sanitation, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
