Job Description

Handle inbound and/ or outbound consumer contracts for the project including, but not limited to question on product and or customer service support including billing and rate plan questions and charges, customer retention, upsells, data products and service technical support, troubleshooting, sales and additional of new lines of service.

Qualification:

- At least High School Graduate or SHS Graduate
- Preferably with at least 6 months CCE and Telecommunication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Empathetic and consumer focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating software application.
- Amenable to Work on site.
