Job Description

1. Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies for promoting job openings.
3. Proactively source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and industry events.
4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
5. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
6. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Interviewing
7. Coordinate and conduct interviews, either in-person or virtually, with hiring managers and
team members.
8. Assess candidates suitability for specific roles and provide feedback to stakeholders.
9. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
10. Network and engage with potential candidates to establish a talent pool.
11. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
12. Provide guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
13. Facilitate the negotiation of job offers, ensuring competitive and fair compensation.
14. Coordinate the final stages of the recruitment process, including reference checks and
background screenings.
15. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Management
16. Utilize and maintain the ATS to track and manage candidate progress throughout the recruitment
process.
17. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status.
18. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source
effectiveness.
19. Use data to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
20. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
21. Propose and implement process improvements within the HR function.
22. Performs other tasks that may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 2 years or 1 year related experience in the same field.
2. Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management or any related field.
3. Advance in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Microsoft Teams.
4. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and other HR-related tools.
