Cost Engineer

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
With a minimum of 2 years experience as a Cost Engineer
Proficient in using MS Office tools
Team player and has good communication skills
Licensed Civil Engineer
Willing start ASAP
Salary: Php 17,000 - 21,000

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparation of detailed quantity and cost estimates, schedules and programs of works, manpower and equipment deployment schedules of assigned projects

2. Assist in the facilitation of preparation and consolidation of documentary requirements for project turnover and acceptance such as but not limited to as-built plans, building and occupancy permits, deed of undertaking, notarized affidavit, and pictures

3. Assist in the preparation of a detailed bill of materials, prepare withdrawal slips thereof, prepare job orders for manpower deployment, and assist in the supervision of daily activities by the project’s construction work schedules.

4. Assist in the validation of project cost estimates and program cost estimates and program of works with the client’s representative upon submission of the proposal to the clients.

5. Assist in the procurement of services by preparing bid documents such as but not limited to bid forms, plans, and drawings and evaluating the results of bidding, quotations, and proposals.

6. Perform other related functions that may be directed by the company from time to time.
