ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This role exists to serve as a catalyst to activate the Distributor Services program initiatives across the segment/market teams. There is a pressing business need to address immediate governance risks while building a stronger distributor management foundation that is fit for the future. This role is imperative to deploying the market sprint strategy that is needed to drive immediate change in the identified markets where we have a governance risk and/or immediate cost to serve efficiency and sales growth opportunities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree preferred
- Must be fluent in English and relevant local language (as needed)
- At least 10 years of experience of cross functional project management or procurement
- 5 years of experience working with and influencing senior leadership teams
- Experience working in a global function/organization (working across different time-zones/regions/businesses)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills/Effective interpersonal skills and strong team player
- Inspirational leadership style – ability to communicate and reinforce the vision and strategy for the Distributor Services project.
- Proven ability to design tools and methods the lead a cross functional team to achieve results
- Strong track record of effectively dealing with a high degree of change and uncertainty

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- This role is a member of the global Distributor Services team and serves as a partner to the global program leaders by ensuring execution and delivery of program’s sprint strategy in assigned markets.
- This individual must establish collaborative ways of working with cross-functional team members through situationally appropriate tools and methods (e.g. meeting templates, action trackers, timelines, templates, virtual whiteboards, and dashboards.)
- The MGS Market activation role is focused on the pursuit of data transparency, opportunity identification, insight development and testing and learning.
- To ensure a successful transition to business as usual, this role must drive adoption of the Distributor Services tools, methods, and systems by the segment teams.
- This role will be called upon to contribute expertise and program management to other ‘added value’ Distributor Services program deployment activities to enable the overall program success.
- Commercial Governance and Ethics – as demonstrated by an ability to manage all aspects of governance for strategic and responsible sourcing, and make decisions in line with Code of Conduct, and Ethics and Compliance.
- Stakeholder and Business Partnering as demonstrated by the ability to ensure Commercial is appropriately involved in business decisions, and correctly partnered to deliver key strategic priorities.
- Analyzing Category Data and Intelligence as demonstrated by the ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and generate insights from internal and external data and market intelligence
