Job Description

Goals of the position:
Responsible for performing routine administrative and processing tasks in a timely and accurate manner,
maintainingrelevantand accurate records forauditand reference purposes.
Responsible for delivering standard service expectations, provide support across a diverse range of business
activities andbusiness initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
Maintain relevant records and documentation for audit and reference purposes
Management of office procedures including invoices, generation of purchase orders, arranging au-
thorisations and approvals, preparing and typing correspondence, arranging travel and accommo-
dation, and event organisation.
Order equipment, supplies and material within prescribed process and in a timely and accurate manner
Administer the end to end asset management procedure and maintain updated asset inventory re-port.
Administer and report on expenditure for allocated budget (if allocated)
Co-ordinationofrelevantevents and ad-hoc projects required
Seek approval on final reports/presentations from relevant stakeholders on allocated
projects/assignments
Screen telephone calls and emails and direct (if applicable) to relevant delegate

Others:
Accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned by superior according to the need of the Company.
Creates and preserves the most favorable Company image by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner.
Administers all assigned functions consistent with and in support to the goal of the company.

Job Specific Requirements
Formal Qualifications Experience working in an administrative role

Microsoft Office literate.
Experienced and skilled within administration
function.
Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm
in disposition and composed under stress.
Knowledge and understanding of telephone
systems.
