Job Description
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Empathetic and customer focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications.
- Previous experience in CCE or related field is preferred but not REQUIRED
- Ability to Work Onsite.
