Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer- focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in professional and efficient manner.

Qualification:

- Senior Highschool diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situation with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Amenable to work onsite.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
