Job Description
Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management or Psychology or any relevant
degree
Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
Experience in handling employee discipline
With at least 3 years of work experiences related to labor relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles all employee-reported cases and discipline.
Conduct investigations (end to end process)
Assist in formulation of company policy.
Ensures compliance of the company on General Labor Standards
