Accounting Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING
 Responsible for the preparation and posting of journal out and entries for collection cash
advances liquidations re-classifications of income accounts and etc
 Responsible for the preparation of the schedule of reserve fund and contribution deposit
receipts and miscellaneous income
 Maintaining the cash receipts book (CRB)monthly and quarterly
 Maintain records of depreciable assets (TI)Tangible and Intangible
CASH FUND AND CASH FLOW MONITORING
 PREPARATION OF P&L Profit and losses for monthly and quarterly
 Responsible for the maintenance of the daily update of cash account balance
 Validate accuracy and completeness of walk-in and online transaction
 Preparation and reporting in the daily collections report (DCR)
LIQUIDATION AND RECONCILLIATIONS OF ACCOUNTS
 Check liquidation and reports
 Validations of reimbursements
 Collecting and filing for ORIGINAL RECIEPTS
 Payroll and downloading

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
 Open to any 4 years course graduates with confidence, desire and enthusiasm to purse the
career in sales
 1-2 years solid experience in accounting staff is a plus
 Pass learner and high moral driven
 Knowledge in government taxes
 Knowledge in book keeper
