Field Operations Coordinator

Job description
Prepares the weekly/daily itineraries and work plans with defined commitments following the TPTP Sawmill and Plantation Head’s monthly/weekly plan
Ensures alignment of all work output specifications with requested work instructions/orders
Ensures alignment of quality standards for all material deliveries
Aligns with logistics for scheduling for deliveries
Constantly coordinates with his direct superior regarding attainment of production targets; recommends troubleshooting strategies when commitments fall short of expectation
Prepares monitoring reports of targets vs. actual, and updates all monitoring boards
Executes the proper care and maintenance of production equipment and supplies
Coordinates with all planting teams and conducts orientations on proper planting procedures
Prepares requisition for supplies and materials required for production and maintenance of production equipment.
Fulfills special field missions relating to plantation operations (ex. real estate documentation facilitation, utility errands, DENR processing, etc.)
May be tasked as a liaison between TPTP and LGUs or other external agencies
May be tasked with other duties and responsibilities, as the need may arise
With 3-5 years Relevant Experience in Forestry and/or Agriculture
With a Bachelor's Degree on Business/Commerce, Agriculture, or related fields
With familiarity or willing to learn about tree species
Excellent spreadsheet skills and tech-savvy
With interest/love for nature and the environment – strong principles and with integrity
Fit to work, able to hike without difficulty
