Qualifications:
- Must be within 18-39 years old
- At least HS/SHS Grad
- Must have relevant work experience with the following:
- at least 4yrs exp in either a VA or CSR role
- Tech-savvy and can quickly adapt to new learnings
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keen to detail with high level of accuracy
- Must be able to work on-site and on a night shift
- Must have strong customer service orientation.
