Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Take inbound (scheduling and client assistance) and outbound (follow-up) calls.
Create ads and marketing posts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic graphic design skills.
Preferably with experience working in US inspection companies.
Preferably with experience using - Inspection Support Network (ISN) and Zoho.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable computer, either desktop or laptop.
Stable internet connection.
Backup device and a backup internet service provider.
Dedicated workspace.
Headset and webcam.

WORK ARRANGEMENT:
Work from home
Full-time role
Schedule: 9am - 5pm EST
Rate: $4/hour
