Job Description

A Customer Service Representative is a frontline professional who serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

- At least HS (Old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
