THUNDERSTEEL BUILDERS and DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION was established in 1997, as a single proprietor business engaging in general Construction, Steel Fabrication, and Plumbing services which started and managed by ENGR. MICHAEL JOSEPH L. ESTRELLA.

Having a profession of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, MICHAEL JOSEPH L. ESTRELLA graduated from University of San Jose- Recoletos, March in the year 1992, and has passed the Civil Engineering Board Examination Licensure that same year in May.

During the early years of the company it became one of the maintaining contractor of few companies inside Mactan Export Processing Zone, Lapu lapu City namely; Mactan Apparel Inc. Globalwear Manufacturing Inc., Feeder Apparel Corp., Metro Wear Inc. Eventually, Maithland- Smith Cebu Inc., LEAR Phils. Teradyne Phils. also became one of our clients.

Currently, the company offer the following services; General Building, Design and Plan, Estimates, Steel Fabrication, Electro-Mechanical, and Structured Cabling.
