Founded on the desire to provide the best customer service and the best hearing care, we’ve committed ourselves to ensure that quality hearing support is accessible for everyone.

Ephphatha Inc. was incorporated in 1997 as an authorized dealer of Siemens Hearing Aids in the
Philippines. The main office is located at Room 612 6th Floor, Doña Felisa Syjuco Bldg., Remedios
St. corner Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila. The Philippine General Hospital and the Manila Doctor’s
Hospital were its main customers.

In March 2006, Siemens Medical Instruments (SMI), Singapore awarded Ephphatha, Inc. the
exclusive distributorship of Siemens Hearing Aids in the National Capital Region and Southern
Tagalog in the Philippines.

Ephphatha, Inc. used to be an accredited Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) supplier
of hearing aids from 2006 to 2020. The company works hand in hand with civic and social oriented
establishments to uplift the lives of the less fortunate.

One of the core values of the company is to provide exceptional care. The company’s service
oriented and professional staff composed of Audiologists and Audiometrists undergo regular
training here and abroad. Ephphatha, Inc. aims to be accessible to the hearing impaired and its
customers by establishing new hearing centers in mall and hospitals around the country.

To date, Ephphatha, Inc. under its trade name, Active Hearing Center has nearly 30 clinic branches aroiund the Philippines.
