HEADWAY MANAGEMENT SERVICES CORPORATION, is a Filipino owned company duly organized and registered with the Department of Trade and Industry, in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3883, as amended by Act No. 4147 and Republic Act No. 863, and in compliance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the Director of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection on August 27, 1998, as evidences by Certificate of Reg. # xxxxxxx issued on the 27th day of August, 1998.

The company started as a single proprietor in 1998 and due to the positive response we got from our clients, it was converted into a corporation under the name of HEADWAY MANAGEMENT SERVICES CORPORATION duly organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, in accordance with the provisions of the Corporation Code of the Philippines, on the 22nd day of January, 2000, under S.E.C. Reg. No. Axxxxxxx.
