S+N Builders is a class “C” construction firm specializing in residential and commercial renovations and construction allied services. Since Aug. 2001, S+N has undertaken numerous residential and commercial construction contracts in Metro Cebu and Bacolod City. S+N Builders is a partnership between Lorenzo R. Seno and Noel B. Noel. Being practicing architects and master builders, both share the passion in designing and the full knowledge and understanding in building design, strength and integrity of structures and building methods in construction and allied services (plumbing, electrical, painting, waterproofing works, etc.)

The firm is constantly upgrading its method of construction and equipment to keep up with the demanding field of construction, with over 60 skilled workers comprising of carpenters, masons, welders, painters and field assistants.
