Company Description
The center has begun operation in early 2009 when Master Chef Wolfgang Rappl formulated the idea of creating a boutique culinary school within the tranquil setting of Silang, Cavite, with the vision of giving students practical hands-on training in the art and passion of global cuisine and patisserie and equip them with the skills to become competent and skillful chefs.
In October 2009, Apicius Culinary Arts relocated to Parañaque City to accommodate the community in the Metro Manila area.
