ARGUSLAND, INC. is a young corporation established last April 2, 2012 largely centered on land development in Northern Mindanao. Its principal office address is located at 2nd Floor Dupoint Bldg., Cruz Taal – Velez Sts., Cagayan De Oro City.

The pioneer project of Argusland, Inc. is a 77,000 square-meter residential subdivision called “Menzi Village”. This a joint venture project between M&M Consolidated, Inc. (land owner), G&P Builders, Inc. (original developer) and Argusland, Inc. (auxiliary developer). Located in Damilag, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, this economic and socialized housing project has four house and lot packages. Lot areas are 120,100 and 40 square meters while the floor areas are 42, 36, 30 and 20 square meters. For the economic housing, price ranges from 800,000 to 2,000,000.00 while the row house is priced at Php400, 000 only for socialized housing.
