AutoTEC Automotive Testing and Emission Center, Inc. started its operation as an Alternate Motor Vehicle Inspection Station (AMVIS) and a Private Emission Testing Center (PETC). Located in one of the premiere freeport zones in the country, AutoTEC offers motor vehicles inspection services primarily to vehicle re-manufacturing facilities as a requirement in the vehicle registration process.
