Engr. Efren B. Cruz, a practicing Professional Electrical Engineer was a sole proprietorship since January 1979 and after twenty (20) years of experience working together with his previous co-employee, doing electrical engineering design of commercial, residential and industrial projects, he decided to engaged in general partnership having two (2) of his employees as partners last July 1997.

At present, EBCRUZ & Partner is presently doing The Observatory and MET LIVE 3 under FNG Federal Land NRE Global. Waterfront Manila Pavilion Hotel & Casino. Corporate Finance Plaza under Amberland Corporation. Alveo Parkford Suites and Mergent Residences, and Parklinks BPO for Ayala. Greenhills Shopping Center under Ortigas, which are all under construction.

EBCRUZ & PARTNER was involved in the electrical engineering designs of Baguio Country Club, Renovation of Guest Rooms, Ballroom, Locker Room, West and East Veranda. Anvaya Cove Post Electrical Audit, Sea Breeze Verandas Buildings, Podium West Tower Mixed-Use in Pasig City, BDO Offices (North & South Towers) along Makati Avenue, BDO Corporate Center Office along ADB Avenue, Landbank of the Philippines among others.

In 1999 together with Engr. RJ Calpo and Engr. Noel Franco, he joined Lincoln Scott an engineering firm based in Sydney Australia and established an engineering firm Lincolne Scott

CCF in the Philippines. As a Director and local counterpart, he participated in the engineering

design of Power Plant Shopping Mall in Rockwell Makati and Philip Morris Manufacturing Plant

in Batangas.

He had been working with Ayala Land Inc. for the past twenty five (25) years and satisfactory completed prestigious project such as Vertis BPO Bldg. 1, 2 & 3, Bonifacio Stop Over BPO Bldg., Circuit @ Makati, Ayala Mall Bay Area among others.

EBCRUZ & Partner is the Electrical Consultant of Ortigas & Co. Ltd. Partnership in their realty development. Some of the projects with OCLP are Greenhills Shopping Complex in San Juan City, Tiendesitas, Gloria Maris, Viridian @ Greenhills and Estancia Mall @ Capitol Commons. Recently, Federal Land Inc. commissioned EBCRUZ & Partner in their Real Estate Development for Met Live 3 & The Observatory Project.

Engr. Efren B. Cruz, together with Partners Engr. Thurston "Hardy" Cruz & Engr. Marvin Amon, & Associates Engr. Jomaico Morales & Engr. Leo-Jay Vergara oversee the work personally to ensure that clients receive the best quality of services.

His company, EBCRUZ & PARTNER, employs several dedicated and talented engineers, CADD operators that render services at par to the full satisfaction of the client and satisfactory completed momentous buildings with pride.

With the unblemished and reliable experience for the past Forty Five (45) years, Engr. Efren B. Cruz, have been the electrical consultant of various known Owners, Architects and Interior Designers doing prestigious projects and was awarded 2014 MOST OUTSTANDING ELECTRICAL ENGINEER in the Field of Consultancy by the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineer of the Philippines (IIEE). Engr. Cruz is a nominee for PRC MOST OUTSTANDING ELECTRICAL ENGINEER FOR 2015, 2016 & 2017.
