New Bilrey Construction

Founded in 2007, Bilrey Construction was established by Billy Reymond de Leon. The company specializes in socialized housing development programs for the National Government. Its projects cover areas in Cavite, Bataan, Rizal, Iloilo, Bacolod, Antique, Davao, Zamboanga. To date, the company has completed thousands of housing units.

The company has grown to 200 employees with distinct expertise in residential housing planning, design, construction and development. The organization is composed of highly competent project managers, construction supervisors, and engineers in different disciplines - civil, mechanical, geodetic, QA/QC and planning.
