Executive Manning Services Philippines, Inc., provides comprehensive crew management services that recruits and trains seafarers based in the Philippines. Supported by the leading ship manager, Executive Ship Management Pte Ltd (ESM) as our Principal, we are equipped with modern systems for enhanced efficiency, connectivity in crewing operations, along with a state-of-the-art learning facility.

We strongly believe that the training and development of seafarers is the key to developing a culture of operational excellence onboard. Our 114,0500 sq ft office is equipped with a training centre with full mission bridge simulator, hydraulic and pneumatic trainers, advanced marine hydraulics, electrical panels for electronics training and many more advanced systems for hands-on training of all ranks of seafarers. All trainings are led by Faculty from the world class maritime training, Samundra Institute of Maritime Studies.
